The post was well researched, though I'd prefer to see a few dissenting opinions, just because I'm a contrarian.


The topic

It gets complicated. It ultimately means a sub is domming themselves, which leads to issues when they're owned.

 therefore, I tend to be wary of such things. I've had to break more than one boy from their bad habits, and self domming.

Well, as i said I really respect and adore her so much. I believe in her and in her ability. I give it a deep thought and I ask you to think about it also from her point of view.

Self Ballbusting has been an interesting topic for me for long time. I spent good time searching about it, asking people to come up with a general vision. When you receive the message from your brain known as "pain" it always means potential danger. So of course it is dangerous to bust your balls. It does not mean that doing so will result in permanent damage. If you do not trepass the limit, you should be ok. I do bust myself, but I don't try dangerous methods and keep it to a reasonable level.

I smack the crap out of my nuts all the time. it's fine. However, I'm prone to use a sock balled up and placed in the toe of another sock (I'm more into the psychological aspects of the game) but if you're going to be using a rubber mallet with your jewels on a board, all bets are off!

I bust my own balls, bust other guy's balls and let them bust my balls for many years now.
No problems sofar. Sometimes it takes some days to get painfree but they always recover.
Just respect your limits and don't bust them hard when they can't escape, let them hang free when you bust them and they will be fine.

i can't agree more with cbtlouis - be very cautious if the balls can't escape but otherwise, when hanging free, you can bash away and your pain reaction will most likely limit what you do. Tolerance does improve, however, with practise.

Lebanese Mistress?
